Buddhism Timeline 1 of 4 - Timeline Help

Buddhism Timeline part one of four from 563 BCE to the 400s at Timeline Help. This major world religion is based on the teachings of the spiritual teacher Siddhartha Gautama, who is also known as the Buddha. He is also called the Enlightened One or the Awakened One. He spread the word of his enlightened path or Dharma in the northeastern parts of India in the 6th century Before Common Era. The official Buddhist calendar starts from the Parinirvana, which means the death and release of Buddha in which occured in his eightieth year. But I have used the Before Common Era and Common Era annotiations in my Buddhism Timeline.
